Epson Foundation Brought 40 School Kids an Entertaining & Educational Eco-Tour

An eco-tour for United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service - Health Promoting School Project (Kwun Tong/ Tai Po) was held and sponsored by the Epson Foundation on 17 October. 40 primary school students joined the tour to the green campus of Tun Yu School and Tsim Bei Tsui for bird watching in Yuen Long. Students were fascinated by various plants in the green campus; they also made DIY eco-friendly craft. In the afternoon, the group reached Tsim Bei Tsui, a famous spot for bird watching in Hong Kong, for a quiet observation of birds and other natural landscape. Students felt content during this educational and entertaining day trip, also gained a better understanding on the importance of environmental conservation.
