| Core Services |
Our Agency provides elderly services, children and youth services, family and community services. |
| Recent Achievements |
1)Our Agency successfully established a close network with the government departments, the business sector and local residents in the Southern District, in which it could accumulate social capital and promote a harmonious community.
2)Through organizing projects and activities, we successfully raised the concern of the general public for their health. Our Agency also published the related research reports in hope of developing the district to an energetic and healthy community. We also set up a self-financed centre named “Community Health Promotion Centre” in April 2006 in order to encourage the general public to do more physical exercises.
3)Our Agency set “Healthy Family” as the main theme to encourage the general public to care about their family members through launching different activities. We will also set up a counselling centre in the near future, which aims at providing intensive family support service by our professional staff.
4)Our Agency successfully introduced the “Theatre for Dialogue and Community”, a new initiative working method, to encourage the participants to express their emotions through body language in drama performance and lead them to think deeply from different angles. Moreover, we launched “Ulysses Project” which was a career mentorship programme to arrange pathfinders of life (mentors) for those youth (mentees) who were lack of study and employment motivation. The mentees could learn working skills and re-build their self-image through workplace internship.
